VO Spectre

Not one assistant. A whole staff.

Most software gives you a chatbot that answers questions. Ofivio gives you a team of 38 assistants — one for each desk in your business, plus a night shift that checks on things while you sleep. Together they are called Spectre.

01

The simplest way to think about it

Imagine hiring a very fast, very literal office staff who never forget anything and never go home.

VO is the one you talk to

Think of VO as your office manager. You ask VO for anything — by voice or typing, in English or Roman Urdu.

hands it to the right person

VO passes your question to whoever owns that desk

Ask about money and the Accountant answers. Ask about site and the Foreman does. You never have to know who — that is VO's job.

they do the actual work

That assistant does the real thing

Not a description of the thing — the thing. The entry is created, the letter is drafted, the report is pulled.

You get a plain answer back

'Done — added 10 bags of cement, Rs 12,000, to today's ledger. Want it against a project?'

02

Who is on the staff

Every dashboard you own comes with its own assistant. Here are six of them — there are more, and you only ever get the ones for the parts of Ofivio you actually bought.

The Clerk

Chases what is late, tells you what moved today.

Your manager's desk

The Accountant

Answers 'what came in, what went out, what are we owed'.

Money

The Foreman

Knows today's site report, the open defects, what was delivered.

Site

Personnel

Attendance, leave, who is on the payroll this month.

People

The Custodian

Rent due, leases running out, which units are empty.

Property

The Broker

Your leads, your deals, the quotations still waiting.

Sales

03

The night shift — the part nobody else has

The assistants above wait for you to ask. Nine more do not. Every morning before you start, they have already gone through the whole business looking for things that go wrong quietly.

What they look for while the office is closed
  • Money a client owes you that has aged past its due date
  • Rent that has not arrived, and leases about to expire
  • A payroll run that was started and never finished
  • Defects raised on site that nobody has closed
  • A drawing quietly re-dated so often that nothing else calls it late
  • A budget going over, and a project nothing has touched in two weeks

None of these are things you would think to ask about — that is the point. A lease expires because nobody had a reason to look at it. An invoice ages because everyone assumed someone else was chasing it.

04

Four rules we do not bend

1
An assistant can only do what you could do
Every assistant works through the same buttons you do. If your login cannot see staff salaries, neither can any assistant answering you. There is no back door, and nothing is exempt from the audit trail.
2
You only get the staff you bought
No Property dashboard means no Custodian. The assistants mirror what you actually own — you are never shown a helper for something you do not have.
3
Nothing is invented
An assistant that cannot find the number says so. It does not estimate, round, or fill a gap with something plausible. A wrong figure delivered confidently is worse than no figure.
4
Your business is yours alone
Every assistant is locked to your company's data. No question, and no night-shift check, can ever reach across into another firm's records.
05

Why this is built as a staff, not one big assistant

A single assistant that supposedly does everything has to be given every skill at once, and gets worse at choosing the more you give it — the same way one person doing six jobs does all six badly.

38 assistants

One per desk, plus the night shift and a few specialists

135 skills

Real actions, not canned answers

One per company

Your staff work for you and see only your data

Splitting the work means each assistant only ever has to be good at one desk. It is also what makes this affordable to run at scale — and cheap to run is why it is included rather than sold as a premium add-on nobody switches on.

See it against your own work

Spectre is how VO is built — it is not a separate product and there is nothing extra to buy. The quickest way to understand it is to ask it something about your own projects.
