It holds only your desks
VO's officers mirror the dashboards you own. If your firm never bought Procurement, there is no procurement officer to ask — the desk does not exist for you, so neither does the persona. Add the dashboard and the officer appears with it.
It pauses. It never bills.
Each seat has a daily allowance. Use it up and VO stops until midnight, then resets. There is no overage charge and no surprise invoice — going over costs you nothing because it simply does not happen.
