Nothing to install, nothing to design, no second subscription. The whole thing happens from the desk you sign in to every morning.

Open My Desk and press My Profile.
It is the same button for everyone — a principal, an employee, an accountant on one seat. Nobody is sent to a different product to set this up; the door is in the room you already work in.

Reserve your address.
Pick the name you want and it is yours: ofibe.com/yourname. The page exists from that moment, and it is not public until you say it is.

Fill the shelves.
The studio is a library, not a form: the cover, who you are, your works, your career, your awards, your slides, your CV and your files. You fill what you have and leave the rest — an empty shelf shows nothing rather than an empty heading.

Publish.
One switch. The address goes live, the pages appear, and the listing joins the directory. The same switch takes it all down again — publishing is always your own act, and nobody in your company can do it for you or undo it for you.
Eight pages — and one more for every piece of work.
Not one long page that scrolls. Eight addresses, each with its own head, so a link can point at the part that matters: send a client your portfolio, send a recruiter your record, send a collaborator one project.
The cover
The first screen — your name, your line, your picture and the six words that open the rest. It is the page somebody lands on from a business card, and it is designed to be finished in one look rather than scrolled.
Work
What you made. The pieces you added yourself, and the projects that arrived on their own from Ofivio when you pressed Fibe It.
Standing
What you do and what you work in — discipline, skills, services, tools, languages, and whether you are open to work.
The record
Education, certifications, awards and where you have been. The CV, as a page rather than a download.
Missions
The statement. What you are for, and what you are looking for next.
Writing
What you have published — the pieces, notes and articles you want read.

The portfolio
Every work on one wall, the way a portfolio is actually handed over — and each piece on that wall has a page of its own.
Every work and every award also gets a page of its own — the piece, its pictures, the year, the role and who it was done with — so a single project can be sent as a single link. And the address itself is listed in the Ofibe directory, which is how somebody finds you without being sent.
What "Fibe It" means.
It is the button on a finished thing inside Ofivio that says: put this on my page. A delivered project, a completed milestone, a task that is done — one press and it is on your website, converted, not re-typed.
- It converts, it does not interview. Pressing it reads the record you already own — the words, the year, your designation as the role, the company, and the pictures the project already has — and hands you the finished Ofibe card. You are editing a result, not filling in a form about work you already entered once.
- It shows you exactly what will be seen. The preview is drawn in the public page's own grammar, so what you confirm is what a visitor gets. Every word stays editable and every picture can be dropped before it goes.
- It takes the money and the contacts out. A public page never carries an amount, a rate, a phone number or an email address. They are stripped on the way, you are told how many were removed, and the write is refused if they come back.
- The source record is never touched. Nothing in your workspace changes. Ofibe gets a copy; the project stays the project.
My page, or the company's.
Every Fibe It asks where it is going. Sent to your own page it appears at once. Sent to the company's page it becomes a proposal to whoever administers that page — the principal approves it and it appears, or it does not. An employee can put the work they did on their own website without asking anyone; nobody can put anything on the company's website without the company.
Where the button is.
On the finished things themselves — a project in the Studio, a milestone, a task — in whichever product you work in. It is the one place where work done inside the app becomes something on a public page.
Not the owner's perk. Everybody's.
Ofibe is not restricted to principals and company owners. Whoever has an account on Ofivio has an address on Ofibe — the company, and every single person in it.
The company
Its own address and its own page — the practice's works, awards, standing and team, kept by whoever administers it. A firm with no website has one the day it signs up.
The principal
A personal page as well as the company's. The two are separate records, on separate addresses, and a piece can go on either.
Every employee
Their own address and their own eight pages, theirs to build and theirs to publish. It is not a staff listing on the company's site — it is their page, and it stays theirs.
Anyone on a seat
An accountant, a site engineer, a student on the free Classroom product. An account on Ofivio is an address on Ofibe; there is no band, no add-on and no upgrade in front of it.
And it stays theirs. A person's page is published by that person and by nobody else — the server enforces it, so a principal cannot put an employee on the public internet, and cannot take their page down either. When someone moves on, the work they did is already on a website with their own name on it.
Twelve shelves, and you fill the ones you have.
The Ofibe studio is reached from My Profile with your Ofivio session already attached — no second sign-in, no second password. A company gets its own studio beside your personal one, with a Team shelf for who appears on its page.
