What a beta feature is, what it does not promise, and how your data is handled inside one.

1. What counts as beta

This document is a draft under review. It is published so customers can see the position we are working to, and it is being reviewed by our advisers before it becomes final. Where it conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms govern.

Anything we label beta, preview, early access or experimental — in the application, in a demo, or on this site. If it is not labelled, it is not beta and the ordinary Terms apply to it in full.

2. It is provided as it is

It may be incomplete, and it may behave differently next week.
It may be changed or withdrawn at any time, without notice.
It is excluded from any service level commitment and from the Service Level Agreement.
Support is best effort.

3. Your data in a beta feature

The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement apply to a beta feature exactly as they do to the rest of the product. A feature being unfinished changes nothing about how your data is handled.

We do not use your workspace data to train models — including in beta. See AI and your data.

Do not rely on a beta feature as the only place a record exists. Where a beta is withdrawn we will tell you how to get your data out of it.

4. Feedback

If you tell us what you think of a beta, we may act on it and build what you suggested, without owing you anything for it. You keep your own confidential information — do not put it in a feedback form.

5. Price

A beta feature is normally included at no extra charge while it is in beta. That it is free now is not a commitment that it will be free when it ships. Where a beta becomes a paid feature we will say so before you are charged, and nothing starts charging on its own — see section 2 of the Refund Policy on how payment actually works here.
