Why a task board stops being enough

A board works while the project is small enough to hold in your head. It stops working the moment somebody asks a question the board cannot answer: what did this project earn, who was on it, what did we promise the client in writing, and is it profitable. Same engine, nothing preset. Ofivio Business does not assume drawings or a bill of quantities. If your work has either, Ofivio AEC will fit better on day one.
Can we add more later?
Yes. Modules are bought inside Ofivio from OfiMart when the business needs them, and they add departments to the workspace you already have, so the projects and people in it stay where they are.
Does it do Gantt charts?
It shows a timeline against stages and deliverables. It is not a critical-path scheduler with resource levelling, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
