The drawings, the bill of quantities, the purchase orders and the buyer enquiries all belong to one project, and most developers still keep them in four places. This page is about what Ofivio does for that business today, and — stated as plainly — what it does not do yet.

What Ofivio does for a developer today
Developers run Ofivio AEC, the product for architects, engineers and contractors, because a development is design and construction first. Modules bought inside Ofivio from OfiMart add the rest of the business to the same workspace.
- Studio, Manager, HR and Finance come with Ofivio AEC: the design stages, drawing sets, revisions and transmittals, the project and its approvals, the people and the money
- The Build module brings Site and Operations: the daily site record and where the work stands today
- Planning & QS holds the bill of quantities, the rate library and tender bills
- Inventory Management brings Procurement and Warehouse: purchase orders, suppliers, stock in and out
- Business Development brings Sales and Marketing: leads come in through Marketing and close in Sales, with quotations and won deals that become clients
- Accountant turns Finance into double entry, with the chart of accounts and vouchers
What is not available yet
The Estate module is built for mega-project inventory: calculating the gross, net and circulation areas of a large development. It is listed in OfiMart as not available yet and cannot be bought today. Until it is, the area schedule of a development stays wherever you keep it now — we would rather say so on this page than in week two.
What Ofivio does not do for property
Ofivio does not sell rent-roll, tenancy or lease management, and it is not a listings platform. A developer who keeps and lets what it builds, or an agency whose income is commission, needs a dedicated property platform for that side; the rent roll article sets out what to demand from one.
