Ofivio
What is Ofivio?
One office for the whole company, virtual and integrated. The name says it: OFI for office, V for virtual, I for integrated, O for ops. Ofivio is made by Ofiverse and comes as three products: Ofivio AEC, Ofivio Business and Ofivio Essentials.
Which product is mine?
If you are an architect, an engineer or a contractor, Ofivio AEC: it comes ready-made for the practice. If your company does anything else, Ofivio Business: nothing is preset, and Ofivio tailors it to what you do. If you only need books and payroll, as an accounting firm or a company HR department does, Ofivio Essentials.
What are departments?
The parts of a product. Ofivio AEC has Studio, Manager, HR and Finance. Ofivio Business has Project Management, Manager, HR and Finance. Ofivio Essentials has Books and People. Modules from OfiMart add more departments to AEC and Business.
Can I add Ofivio Essentials to AEC or Business?
No. Ofivio Essentials is a product of its own. AEC and Business already carry HR and Finance, and the Accountant module turns Finance into double entry.
Is there anything for students?
Yes. OfiClassroom is project management for students, and it is free.
Plans and pricing
What is free, and how do the trials work?
Solo is free forever for one person: 1 account, 1 project and 50 MB of storage, with no card and no expiry. Professional starts with a 3-day free trial, Firm with a 3-day free trial and Corporate with a 7-day free trial. No card is taken for a trial. Enterprise is agreed with you.
What does each plan cost?
Ofivio AEC and Ofivio Business share five plans: Solo is free, Professional is $30 a month, Firm $100 and Corporate $250. Enterprise is shaped for your case. Ofivio Essentials has two plans: Professional at $20 a month and Corporate at $100. Every price is monthly, in US dollars.
What are OfiMart modules, and where are they bought?
Modules add departments to Ofivio AEC or Ofivio Business: Build & Site, Studio, Inventory Management, Planning & QS, Accountant and Business Development. Each is $15 a month on a paid plan, bought inside Ofivio from OfiMart. Estate is listed but not available yet. Nothing is bought on this website.
What do VO Voice and ARKA cost?
VO Chat is free on every plan. VO Voice is $5 a month and comes included from Firm. ARKA is $15 a month with 500 credits every month and the Brass Room, and comes included from Corporate.
What comes with Professional and above?
Premium membership on Ofilo and OfiSho, for everyone on the account. Ofibe, OfiGrid, OfiVibe and OfiNews are not premium: they come in the package with every plan, Solo included.
Is there a yearly price?
Not yet. Every price on ofivio.com is monthly, listed in Pakistani Rupees.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
From inside your workspace, on Bank Alfalah's secure payment page — by card, Alfalah bank account or Alfa wallet. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged by itself. Cancel any time: there is no contract, and a cancelled workspace is kept and exportable for 90 days before it is deleted.
Built into every product
What is built into every product?
Company Email, OfiCalendar, OfiDrive, OfiRoom, VO Chat and Oficiate. OfiDrive is the plan's storage, and Oficiate automates everyday work with triggers.
How many mailboxes, rooms and triggers come with each plan?
Professional: 1 company mailbox. Firm: 3 mailboxes, 3 OfiRoom rooms and 3 Oficiate triggers at a time. Corporate: 5 mailboxes, 10 rooms and 10 triggers. Enterprise is shaped for your case, and nothing on it is unlimited.
How many client books and staff does Ofivio Essentials hold?
Professional keeps 25 client books plus your own house book; Corporate has no limit on client books. The People roster holds up to 100 staff.
VO and ARKA
What is VO?
VO means Virtual Office. VO Chat answers in text on every plan. VO Voice speaks and listens in Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, English, Spanish and French. ARKA does the work, by voice and text.
What is ARKA?
ARKA stands for Artificial Responsive Kinetic Agent: your firm's own VO room. ARKA Home opens first and the Brass Room is one press away. It carries everything VO does, voice and text, with 500 credits every month.
What does a credit buy?
Talking to VO costs nothing. Credits pay when VO does the work: a minute of voice is 25 credits, a drafted document 60, an agent job 120 and a watcher for a month 500. Extra packs are one-off, never a subscription: 5,000 credits for $5, 25,000 credits for $20, 100,000 credits for $70 and 500,000 credits for $300.
The Ofiverse
What is Ofiverse?
The organisation Ofivio belongs to. Ofiverse also runs the sibling platforms Ofibe, OfiGrid, OfiVibe and OfiNews, the training institute Ofilo, the live broadcast OfiPulse, the rating engine OfiGraph, and the Ofiverse Products: OfiChat, OfiShot, OfiPOS, OfiCase and OfiSho.
What is OfiPulse?
The live broadcast layer of Ofiverse, where members can voluntarily pulse their activities from across the ecosystem for other Ofiverse members to discover. Nothing is broadcast unless you press Pulse Me, it is view-only, and anyone can turn it off.
What is OfiGraph?
The rating engine of Ofiverse. It rates professionals and companies by their performance, and follower counts are not a criterion.
Security, data and the phone
Is two-factor sign-in required?
Yes. Every sign-in, with a password or with Google, is completed with a one-time code, and it cannot be switched off.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Customer data is not used to train any AI model, and VO can never see more than the person asking is allowed to see.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The principal can download the whole workspace as one file, every record and every document, at any time on any plan.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, on Android, included with every plan. There is no iPhone app yet; on an iPhone, ofivio.app works in the browser.
