Packages differ by seats and storage, not by features — every package of a product has the same dashboards. Solo covers up to 5 people, Business up to 25, Enterprise beyond that. Extra departments (Procurement, Warehouse, Studio, Accounting and more) are added as whole dashboards at one price each, the same in every product.

Billing is in US dollars and the pricing page shows the equivalent in your local currency (PKR, INR, AED, SAR, GBP, EUR and more) at a fixed published rate. Payment is by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer (IBFT / IBAN) — you submit the transaction reference in the app and a person verifies it, usually within 24 hours. Card checkout is not live yet.

Drawings are organized into sets (architectural, structural, MEP, interior) with phase tags. Every drawing has a revision history with delta notes, side-by-side comparison, mark-ups, and a transmittal log of who saw which version, when. Issued vs in-progress states are first-class.

Yes — one click converts a BOQ item or set of items into a purchase order, pre-filled with vendor, rate, and project linkage. Deliveries (full or partial) close the loop back to the project's actual cost.

Yes. Web is fully responsive, and there's a native Android app (Capacitor build; in Play Store verification). iOS in development. The site supervision module is built mobile-first specifically for engineers working on dusty sites with patchy connectivity — daily reports and photos can be filled offline and sync when signal returns.

Drawing files (DWG, RVT, IFC, PDF) can be uploaded and version-tracked inside Ofivio today, and there is a built-in Excel BOQ importer. Deep round-trip integrations with AutoCAD/Revit and accounting bridges to Tally and QuickBooks are part of an Enterprise agreement rather than something you can switch on yourself. The REST API and webhooks are Enterprise as well.

It's a fully populated design practice (employees, clients, projects, drawings, BOQ, daily ledger, approvals) so you can click through every dashboard and module before signing up. No data is saved, but you see exactly how the platform works in a real practice.

The Excel BOQ importer is the big one: map your columns once and it brings the lines across, volume groups included. Drawings, documents and photos upload directly and are version-tracked from the first revision. For anything larger — vendor lists, employee records, an existing ledger — mention 'migration help' in the contact form and we will tell you honestly what we can move for you and what you will need to re-enter.

Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything (CSV / JSON / PDF). After 30 days it's permanently deleted from our database. Backups are wiped within 90 days of deletion. We don't sell, share, or train AI models on your studio's data.
