What is in Ofivio Essentials?
Two departments. Books keeps a set of books for every client, with vouchers, a chart of accounts and the statements. People runs payroll, salary structures, advances, warnings and staff letters. Company Email, OfiCalendar, OfiDrive, OfiRoom, VO Chat and Oficiate are built in.
How many client books and staff does it hold?
Professional keeps 25 client books plus your own house book; Corporate has no limit on client books. The People roster holds up to 100 staff.
What does Ofivio Essentials cost?
Professional is $20 a month with a 3-day free trial, and Corporate is $100 a month with a 7-day free trial. No card is taken. Every price is monthly, in US dollars.
Can I add modules, or add Essentials to Ofivio AEC or Business?
No. Ofivio Essentials stands on its own. OfiMart modules are for Ofivio AEC and Ofivio Business, and those two already carry HR and Finance.
