The new Ofivio, explained: three products, what each plan carries, and where the old products went

Until September 2026 Ofivio was sold as a long list of products, one per trade, each sized by a package and extended with dashboards up to a price ceiling. It worked, but it left the sorting to the customer: which of a dozen products the firm was, which dashboards to add, and where the ceiling sat. On 13 September 2026 the founder replaced all of it with a simpler shape, and locked that shape for three years.

The new Ofivio is three products. If you are an architect, an engineer or a contractor, it is Ofivio AEC. If you are any other business, it is Ofivio Business, which asks what you do and shapes itself to the answer. If what you need is books and payroll on their own, as an accounting firm or the HR department of a large company does, it is Ofivio Essentials. Everything else is built into all three, bought as a module inside the app, or part of the Ofiverse around them.

The three products

Ofivio AEC

Built for the practice and the site. It opens with four departments, Studio, Manager, HR and Finance, and comes ready-made for the work, down to job titles such as Project Manager and Associate Architect. Engineers use the same product. A contractor uses Ofivio AEC by adding the Build module. The Ofivio AEC guide goes through it department by department.

Ofivio Business

Project management for every business outside architecture, engineering and construction, and deliberately 110% customisable. Nothing is preset: when you choose it, Ofivio asks what you do and tailors the workspace, from the stages to the job titles, before you pick a plan. Its departments are Project Management, Manager, HR and Finance. It sits beside AEC for a plain reason: what Ofivio learns running AEC practices keeps making general project management better. Ofivio Essentials

Books and People as one product, standalone and priced lower, for accounting firms and for the HR departments of large companies. Books: Double entry: chart of accounts, vouchers, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet. People: Payroll runs, salary structures, advances, warnings and staff letters. Essentials is never added to AEC or Business; it is a workspace of its own. The Ofivio Essentials guide covers its two plans.

Departments, not dashboards

Inside a product the parts are called departments: Studio, Manager, HR, Finance, and the ones a module brings. A department is a whole area of the firm's work with its own rooms. HR and Finance come with every product, on every plan.

OfiRoom is the meeting room that used to carry another name, and Oficiate is the automation system already inside Ofivio, now included with every product instead of being sold separately. How many mailboxes, rooms and triggers you get depends on the plan, set out below.

OfiMart: modules, bought inside the app

OfiMart sells modules. A module brings one or more departments into Ofivio AEC or Ofivio Business, and each costs $15 a month on top of the plan. Modules are bought inside Ofivio, from OfiMart; the price pages inform, and nothing is bought on them. Ofivio Essentials takes no modules.

VO, VO Voice and ARKA

VO stands for Virtual Office: the assistant inside Ofivio. It comes in three forms, and only the first is built in.

VO Voice speaks Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, English, Spanish and French natively. ARKA, the Artificial Responsive Kinetic Agent, works by voice and text, carries out work rather than only answering, and includes the Brass Room, one press away from ARKA Home. The Brass Room is never sold on its own, and ARKA comes with 500 credits every month. Conversation spends no credits. Work that ARKA carries out does: 25 credits for a minute of voice, 60 for a drafted document, 120 for an agent job and 500 for a watcher standing for a month. Extra credits come in one-off packs, never a subscription.

Plans and prices

Ofivio AEC and Ofivio Business share the same five plans. Ofivio Essentials sells two of them.

Premium membership on Ofibe, OfiGrid, OfiVibe and OfiNews, and on Ofilo, comes with every plan from Professional up, for the principal and every employee. Solo is free for good and carries none of the paid inclusions. Enterprise is shaped for the customer's case by contract. The monthly bill is the plan, plus $15 a month for each module, plus VO Voice or ARKA only when the plan does not already include it.

The Ofiverse around Ofivio

Ofiverse is the organisation. Ofivio is the product line inside it, and Ofilo, the training institute, stands beside it. Around them sit the platforms an Ofivio subscription opens and the apps Ofiverse makes.

• —OfiGrid: the professional network, for connecting, discovery and hiring. Ofiblo's functions and pages now live here.

• —Ofilo: the training and learning institute, with courses, platform training and how-to videos for Ofiverse and Ofivio.

OfiGraph: rated by performance

OfiGraph is the rating engine of Ofiverse. It rates professionals and companies on performance, covering professional rating, company rating, project performance and reputation, and the rating shows on OfiGrid and across the ecosystem. Follower counts are never part of it.

OfiPulse: nothing is broadcast unless you choose it

OfiPulse is the live broadcast of Ofiverse, a view-only window where members watch, discover and follow what is happening across Ofibe, OfiGrid, OfiVibe, Ofivio and the Ofiverse Products. It owns and publishes nothing of its own. An activity reaches it only when the member presses Pulse Me, and a member can turn it off at any time. OfiPulse and OfiNews are separate things: OfiNews is for writing something, OfiPulse is for letting Ofiverse members see what you are doing.

Where each old product went

Every product guide written for the previous line has been retired. If you arrived from one of them, this is where its product lives now.

The names

• —Ofi means office. Every name that starts with Ofi belongs to the office world.

• —VO is Virtual Office.
• —ARKA is Artificial Responsive Kinetic Agent.
• —AEC is architecture, engineering and construction.

Locked for three years

This structure is final and locked for three years. No fourth product is coming, and new ideas wait rather than being bolted on. What is not finished is said plainly: Estate is not available yet, and OfiMart lists it that way until it is built. For a firm choosing today, it means the product you pick is the product you will still be on, under the same name, when the firm grows into its next plan.
