Your whole practice, in your pocket.

Ofivio Mobile is not a companion app with three screens on it. It is the same office — every room, every approval, every figure — cut for a thumb and built to be used from a site, a car or a client's meeting room.

The app

Everything the desk does, without the desk.

Most business software ships a phone app that can read things. This one can run the firm — because it is the same system, gated the same way, reading the same records.

A dial, not a menu

Hold your thumb where it already rests and turn. The ring carries only what your firm bought — a room you do not own is not on it, so nothing you tap is a door that refuses you.

ARKA listens, and answers out loud

Pull down anywhere and hold. The microphone opens, you say what you need, and your AI officer answers in your ear — not a chat box you have to read while driving to site.

The site, from the site

Snags, day reports, labour on site, an interim payment certificate, a purchase order approved from a truck. The work that happens away from a desk stops waiting for one.

Money, with the same gates

Invoices, receipts, advances, payroll and the ledger — under exactly the role checks the desk applies. The phone never offers a button the server would refuse.

Approvals in the queue, not the inbox

Drawings, deliverables, purchase orders and milestones arrive as decisions with the context attached. Approve, or send it back with a reason.

Drawings and photos in your pocket

The drawing register, the BOQ, letters, site photographs and every document version — the same files, the same revisions, no second copy to go stale.

The dial

A menu you have to read is a menu you have to hunt.

The dial sits where your thumb already is. Turn it, and the ring carries your firm's rooms — filtered by what you actually bought, so nothing on it is a door that will refuse you.

Prefer a list? Hold the dial and switch it to cards. Slide up from it and every door in the app is one screen away.

Three seats

It opens as a different app for each person.

The server issues the role and the phone draws the room for it. Your site engineer, your accountant and your client install the same app and land somewhere entirely different.

You run the firm

Where the practice stands, on one screen: cash, projects, people, what is late and what needs you. The dial carries every room you own.

You work here

Your desk, already laid out — today's tasks, your drawer, attendance, advances, payslips and leave, without asking anybody for them.

You're a client

Your project without the phone calls. Milestones, drawings shared with you, approvals waiting on you, and every payment on the record.

Getting in

Two ways, and both of them end at a code.

Email, or Google

Sign in the way you sign in anywhere — then a nine-digit code, every single time. A correct password on its own is not enough to open a firm's books, and this app does not pretend otherwise.

Or scan your own screen

Already signed in on your computer? Open the app, point it at the code on your desk, and you are in. Nothing typed, nothing sent by SMS.

Installed, not wrapped

The app ships on the phone rather than loading a website inside a shell. It opens instantly and stays readable on a bad connection. Writing something new still needs signal — we will not claim otherwise.

It taps you on the shoulder

An approval waiting on you, a milestone that came due, a snag raised on your project — it arrives, and opens the thing it is about.

Questions

Before you install it.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Ofivio Mobile is an Android app on Google Play. There is no iOS build and no App Store listing, and we would rather say so here than have you go looking. On an iPhone, ofivio.app works in the browser — the full desk, not this app.

Does it cost extra?

No. The app is included with every Ofivio workspace at every band, including the free one. It is the same subscription, the same seats and the same data — a second door into one office, not a second product.

Can I sign up from the phone?

Yes. Pick what you do, your product and your band, create the account, and the workspace is open — a free trial on every paid band, and no card. Buying and upgrading are done on ofivio.com.

How do I sign in?

Your email and password, or Google — and then a nine-digit code, every time. If your computer is already signed in, open the app and scan the code on your screen instead of typing anything.

Does it work without signal?

Partly, and we will not overstate it. The app is installed on the phone rather than a website in a wrapper, so it opens instantly and screens you have already loaded stay readable. Writing something new needs a connection.

Is it the whole system, or a cut-down version?

The whole system. Every one of the 171 pages the desk declares is reachable on the phone — that is a build gate, not a claim: the number cannot fall without failing the build.

Put the office in your pocket.

Free with every Ofivio workspace. Install it, sign in, and the firm is there — or start a workspace from inside the app and be running in four minutes.
