1. Our position

This document is a draft under review. It is published so customers can see the position we are working to, and it is being reviewed by our advisers before it becomes final. Where it conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms govern.

OFIVIO (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED does not offer, give, request or accept bribes, and does not tolerate forced labour, child labour or human trafficking in our operations or in the businesses we buy from.

We are a small company. What follows describes how we actually operate, not a compliance programme we have not built. Where a control does not exist yet, this document says so rather than implying otherwise.

2. Anti-bribery and facilitation payments

Nobody working for us may offer or accept a payment, gift or advantage intended to influence a decision improperly.
That includes facilitation payments — small payments to speed up a routine process. They are prohibited even where they are locally common.
Ordinary business hospitality is permitted where it is modest, openly given and would not embarrass either side if it were published.
Political donations are not made on the company's behalf.

3. Modern slavery and labour

Everyone who works for us does so freely and can leave.
We do not hold anyone's identity documents.
Wages are paid in full and on time.
We expect the same of our suppliers, and we will end a relationship with one that does not meet it.

4. Our supply chain

Ofivio is a software company. Our supply chain is principally cloud infrastructure, software services and professional advisers, which carries a lower inherent risk than a physical goods chain. The list of providers who process customer data is published and kept current on the Subprocessors page.

5. Raising a concern
